Levelnic is a digital level. It’s very useful to measure the flatness, levelness and straightness of working machine. It's a tool that can be used easily and conveniently by anyone. Although tools like laser interferometer, autocollimator and bubble level are capable of measuring the same thing but it needs more time, more costs and needs to be used by an expert and not everyone can perform the same measurement easily. Only the Levelnic can be used by beginners easily.
The pin gauge is an inspection tool used to check a workpiece against its allowed tolerances. Its name is derived from two tests: the check involves the workpiece having to pass one test (go) and fail the other (no-go).
The pin gauge is the pin shape according to fixed size precisely. The primary purpose of PIN GAUGE is to measure and inspect the diameter of samll holes, it also can be used as a test bar for geometric deviations measurements.
The Pin gauge materials : Steel, Carbide, Ceramic. Pin gauge shape : Straight type and Shank type. Pin gauge with shank is less affected by temperaure. You can handle the shank with bare hands.
The ring gauge is made of durable material with defined inside diameter tolerance and finished the ring shape according to fixed size precisely. The master ring gauge are shown with nominal dimension and actual measured value.
Ring gauge dimension is general and the numerical value of tolerance will be expressed with ± .
Ring gauge is mainly used as an inside diameter standard for comparasion measuring instrument. (EX) To be used as a master gauge for 0 (zero) point adjustment of inside diameter measuring instrument such as Three-Point Micrometer, Air Micrometer.
Steel Square is used as a reference for ruled line and accurate internal and exteral angles. It's very useful for any scriber work and process work that requires right angle measurement.
To identify an unknown thread you need to get two details: the pitch and the outer diameter for a bolt thread or the inner diameter of a nut thread. The pitch is the gap between the flanks for metric threads or the number of pitches per inch for inch threads.
First you measure the diameter of the thread with a caliper. The digital caliper offers inch and metric units. The diameter will show you if it is a metric or an inch thread. You continue with the pitch gauge. Please test the single sheets until one of them fits precisely into the thread. Then you can read the pitch of the thread on the gauge which is printed onto it. Now the thread slide is used which contains all details about the different thread types. You can compare the measured values with the data on the thread slide to find out the correct thread type.
Welding Gauge is used to measure and check size of welded part, throat thickness required strength, split that may cause damage and irregularity of under-cut and overlap etc.
Thickness Gauge is also called Feeler Gauge, like a gauge with bundled leafs (spatula shaped sheet metal at 0.01mm~1.00mm), for checking the curve and wrap.
Taper Gauge is used to measure and check size of welded part, throat thickness required strength, split that may cause damage and irregularity of under-cut and overlap etc.
